Rabbit Tool pinch-roll machines can quickly straighten tube ends deformed by cut-off or other processes. Specialized tooling for roll-forming a bead in the end of tube is also available.

These simple, robust machines pinch the wall of a tube between two mandrels to fix deformed tube ends in a few seconds. Setup is straightforward and can be done in seconds by any operator. With specialized tooling a bead can also be rolled into the end of a tube, conforming to standards like SAE AS5131A.
